Inner peace has a direct linkage with our mental condition and our ability to understand and accept the environment around.

Our understanding of the external world and our response towards it, is dependent on our thought patterns and our past actions, because, our speech, thoughts and actions makes our inner disposition or svabhava which forms the basis of all our perceptions and understandings

To feel the happiness and peace within, we need to ensure that every impression of the external world on our mind is good, which is only possible when we start experiencing good in everything which we see, hear and feel.

Good and Evil are only the impression of mind based on our inner nature. There is nothing which is absolutely good or evil.

To reverse the deposits of past actions on our nature and to start experiencing the real, the good and the most desired peace in every situation we need to do with following:

1. Acceptability:

Accept each person and situation the way it is, because that is the way in which it will evolve or become better. Acceptability makes us stronger and calmer and helps us to communicate and handle the person and situation in a healthier way.

2. Meditation:

It helps you in becoming one with divine; the divine energies bring changes in our thought pattern, leading to a change in our speech and action thereby bringing a positive aspect in our life through experience of something higher, better and divine.

3. Discerning of thoughts:

Any thought which is hurting you or others and any thought which is sad cannot help you to experience inner peace. Try looking good in each situation by understanding the rationale behind it and you will start experiencing the best in everything.

4. To do what is right:

Peace can only be experienced permanently by strong people, governed by divine will and by those who perform high level of discernment. So, do what is right basis what you feel is correct, have courage to face the results and learn from what went wrong. It gives immense inner peace when we do things after complete analysis and with full responsibility.

5. Share:

Share whatever you have, not only money but also your love, compassion, peace and your positive thoughts. What you give comes back after multiplication, so, share the happiness around and you feel the world is full of happiness and peace.

6. Let Go:

Don’t let your past hamper your present, to feel the peace now, live in “now”, in today, in this very moment. Let go of your past and feel the happiness around which is waiting for you to experience it. Remember, you are born to live and not to brood and feel sorrow for your past. So, live your life to the fullest and make it grand because you deserve the best both within and without.
